Read the whole thing before you spend a pound.
This is a complete, seventeen-page Full Audit Report, exactly as a client receives it. It is built entirely from invented data: the estate, the firm and every document in it are fictional, and the report says so on its face. What it shows you is real: the structure, the standards, the language and the evidence discipline of every report we produce.
Eight parts, one discipline: every finding traceable to a named document.
What actually binds this firm
The report opens by establishing, from the file itself, who regulates the firm and in what capacity it acted, because that decides which standards apply. In the sample, that section changes the available complaint routes entirely.
An overview in plain language
The findings in words anyone can read, before any tables: what went well, what went wrong, and what it means for the people waiting on the estate.
The timeline, and the silent periods
Every milestone dated and sourced, then the Dark Periods: stretches where the firm's own records show no substantive work, with what ended each one. In the sample, both silences ended because an executor chased.
Tax, assets, liabilities, communication, fees
Five technical areas, each traffic-light rated. The fee analysis compares bills against the written estimate and the statutory tests, not just against a gut feeling of expensive.
Options and next steps
The routes that exist in the client's actual situation, each with its time limit and its source, and a plain statement that choosing between them is the client's decision, not ours.
The evidence appendix
The audit laid bare: every test, whose standard it is, whether it applies to this firm, what the file shows, and what we found, row by row, so anyone, including the audited firm, can check any single finding against its source.
Most services show you a brochure. We show you the entire product, because the product is the ability to withstand checking, and that has to be visible before you buy, not after. The Full Audit Report is £299, fixed.
