An enquiry costs nothing and commits you to nothing. We read what you send, run our feasibility checks, and come back within one working day to acknowledge and within three working days of receiving two key documents with a straight answer: we can help, we cannot and here is why, or we can help on a defined, limited basis.

There is no form to fight with. Send an email to david@probateaudit.ai covering, as best you can:
- Your role: executor, administrator, beneficiary, or something else
- The person who died and roughly when
- The firm handling the estate (its name as it appears on its letters)
- Where things seem to have got to: grant obtained or not, property sold or not, money distributed or not
- What is worrying you, in a sentence or two
- Whether any court case or ombudsman complaint is already under way
- Whether the firm's fees have been paid
If we think we can help, we will then ask you for just two documents: the firm's client care letter or terms of business, and the most recent substantive letter you hold. Please do not send the case file itself at this stage; we ask for material only when there is an engagement and a proper basis for us to hold it.
Your enquiry is used to assess whether we can help, and for nothing else. We do not add you to any marketing list, we set no cookies, and if we cannot help, we tell you why and delete what you sent on request. Before any engagement you receive our full terms and privacy notice in writing.
Estates outside England and Wales; disputes already in court or where the argument is about the will itself rather than the administration; matters where our other business relationships create a conflict of interest, which we check for every enquiry; and concerns that are really about a bank, insurer or other financial product, which belong with the Financial Ombudsman and we will say so.
